Claire de Boer and her partner teacher, Natiqa Quliyeva began a partnership introducing themselves to one another. Natiqa subsequently received a promotion into the Azerbaijan Ministry of Education preventing her involvement with the online partnership. Claire remains committed to continuing a partnership however and has enthusiastically begun collaborating with a new teacher. Please check back for further developments.
