Delegates represent municipal police departments and city administrators from five Karelian cities (Kondopoga, Petrozavodsk Pryazha, Pryonezhskii Region, and Segezha). Project Harmony worked in cooperation with the Karelian MVD to select delegates for participation in this Initiative.
KONDOPOGA
