  Police Exchanges

Police exchanges provide an educational forum for American, Ukrainian and Russian law enforcement officers to learn from each other's expertise and to share training techniques and methods. Delegations of about twenty police officers travel on two-week programs, during which they stay in host families and participate in a rigorous schedule of training activities and cultural events. The hosting site for American police delegations alternates yearly between Russia and Ukraine:
