In Volgograd a training seminar "Prevention of negative behavior among teenagers" took place from 26 to 28 of March for 58 participants, mostly social teachers, psychologists, and juvenile inspectors from Volgograd police juvenile affairs department, representatives from NGOs and centers for prevention.

Svetlana Vladimirovna Goranskaya, a co-author of the DOM book "Choose life", Lubov Vasilievna Goncharova, senior inspector of the drug prevention department unit of the police for public security, Petrozavodsk UVD, and Ludmila Dmitrievna Moskalenko, RCT participant, medical psychologist of the Volgograd anti AIDS center. Apart from them Paul Hinshaw, Director of "Project Harmony, Inc." in Russia, and William Baker, the head of the police in Lakonia (New-Hampshire), shared his experience with community policing programs in the USA, "D.A.R.E." program, and with the importance of school - police collaboration in drug abuse-crime prevention.

The participants of the seminar treated the program with great enthusiasm, and at the end of the seminar 54 of them, having successfully and in full finished the course, received certificates.

A journalist from the local radio station interviewed S.V. Goranskaya, Tatiana Ivakhnenko and Artyom Kachkovsky. The interview was broadcast on March 30. While creating work plans it was decided to implement DOM curriculum in all schools of Volgograd and Volzsky.
