  Participant Resources

"This was one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career. Being able to work directly with my American colleagues and friends was unforgettable. Thank you for the opportunity."
~ Program Participant

Omsk Youth Activism Delegation in New York City

The better prepared participants are for Community Connections programs, the more successful and productive they are while participating. Project Harmony will provide comprehensive orientations to all participants upon their arrival in the United States. However, some information is useful well before departure. Project Harmony asks that future program participants review the following information.

Participants may also find the following web sites of particular interest. The United States Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is the official government organization responsible for organizing and implementing the entire international Community Connections program. IREX is the organization responsible for interviewing and selecting all Community Connection participants throughout Russia. Both of these web sites will provide further useful and interesting information about the Community Connections Program.
