Project Harmony is dedicated to supporting Community Connections participants after a U.S. hosting program. Whenever possible, Project Harmony organizes training teams of U.S. professionals to spend one-to-two weeks within communities of Europe/Eurasia to provide additional training to program alumni and to assess community needs that might be met in future programs. Follow-on support is offered in many forms:
Training teams of American specialists, collaborating with alumni on specific projects
Computer centers, furnished with modern hardware, where relevant training is provided to users free of charge
Evaluative assessments of Community Connections' long-term impact on program alumni
Since 1997, Project Harmony has conducted follow-on activities in these regions:
Petrozavodsk, Russia
Tomsk, Russia
Republic of Georgia
