  Program Overview
Since 2003, Project Harmony has administered the Open World Alumni Outreach Program in cooperation with the Open World Leadership Center in Washington, DC. The Open World Alumni Outreach Program uses a multi-layered approach to work with the 10,000+ Russian leaders who traveled to the US under the Open World Program, providing information, networking opportunities, and training courses for them.

Using both cutting edge networking technology and more traditional communication approaches, Project Harmony encourages all alumni to take an active part in the program. Alumni can contribute to online news bulletins, write articles or submit photos for the website, submit or participate in events posted to the listservs, join a networking website, and work with program representatives to hold meetings or trainings on issues of importance to the local community.

For more information on the Open World Alumni Outreach Program, please contact Program Manager Elena Bukovskaya (boukel@projectharmony.ru) or visit the Open World Website http://www.openworld.gov. If you have been involved in the Open World Program as an alumni, host, or any other capacity and would like to join the Open World online community, please register at http://dd.openworld.gov.
