Project Harmony is conducting a web training initiative on behalf of the Public Affairs Section of the Embassy of the United States of America in Russia. This initiative will create an online presence and brand image for the American Corners and Centers Program and promote enhanced information sharing between program participants.

Throughout Russia, the United States Government is opening "American Corners" in public libraries, which will provide enhanced access to English language materials and information about American culture. A portion of this program includes enhancing access to online resources supported by the government of the United States. In order to better administer this portion of the program, Project Harmony was awarded a grant from the PAS in Moscow to train directors of the American Corners and Centers to create and maintain web resources, including the program.
