BiH participants choosing from booklists at the Sabre Foundation

The BiH delegation completed three intensive days of computer training with the Sabre Foundation in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As part of the training component, the Sabre Foundation generously donated 1,200 new textbooks to the students' and teachers' schools. In total, six BiH schools will receive approximately 200 new textbooks at the beginning of the 2000-2001 school year. The students themselves selected the books from Sabre Foundation's extensive library. While the process of choosing 200 title from 4,000 was daunting, Project Harmony and Sabre Foundation agreed that the students would know best what books and resources their schools need; plus the selection process utilized the teamwork and problem-solving skills that the students had worked on for three weeks.
