The delegation was comprised of twelve members, two teachers and ten students. They came from four cities, evenly representing the two administrative parts of Bosnia-Herzegovina (Bosnian Federation and Republika Srpska). The participants were selected through a highly competitive process, organized and conducted by the CIVITAS and the United States Embassy in Sarajevo. Throughout the program, the staff was deeply impressed by the maturity, determination and spirit of the teenagers.
